Dogs And Back Problems
my dogs back leg problems?

my german shepherd puppy as a back leg problem i think when he is walking is back heels point inwards not straight like most dogs he does not run fast when playing with other dogs
and some time it look like he is drunk when he walks
will he grow out of this as hes only 5/6 months old

Hi, Vincent.
I'm sorry to say it sounds like your puppy may have or be developing Hip Dysplasia which is an all too common condition in the breed caused in part by breeding conformation practices designed to get the typical desired GSD stance, and also by breeding dogs that are more prone to it than others. As he is a puppy he may well grow to tolerate it and be able to live a good life.
See the link below and do some research on the Internet. Ask your vet to properly diagnose this and explain how best to manage
