Any herbal / alt remedies for canine hip dysplasia?

my dog has hip dysplasia and stiffnes in her joints. she already takes glucosamine tablets and treats for hips. i'm wondering if there is anything else that helps?? are there dog masseuses? the worst part is she always seeks out the cold stone floor to lay on so if i give her a soft bed she ignores it..
lol swimming is a cute idea but she'd probably bite my face off if i tried to push her in a pool, she goes crazy if even a drop of water gets on her head..

I would recommend taking her to a pet acupuncturist. The vet that I take my cats to actually took one of her arthritic cats to a pet acupuncturist and had really excellent results. I took my dog to the same acupuncturist for skin problems and also had wonderful results.
